Jodi was fantastic! I only gave her 4 stars for local knowledge because we came to her with very specific properties to view and make offers on. We really didn't explore a great deal of properties, which was the intention. That aside, Jodi's knowledge, expertise, responsiveness, understanding and guidance in negotiations was fantastic! I never had an issue or question that Jodi wasn't quick to address and answer expertly. During our home search, we had a not so pleasant experience with a selling agent on the first home that we wanted. When we didn't get the home, Jodi remained upbeat and positive, reassuring us that we would find the perfect home for our family.
